Our Services
Residential and commercial electrical work done to code — from a single circuit to a full service upgrade.
Home Electrical Work
We work on homes of all ages — whether you are building new, renovating, or dealing with a wiring problem that has been putting itself off. All residential work is performed by licensed electricians and completed to current NEC and local code standards.
- New circuit installation — Adding dedicated circuits for appliances, workshops, or additional loads.
- Outlet & switch replacement — Upgrading standard outlets to GFCI, AFCI, or USB-equipped units.
- Ceiling fan & fixture installation — Proper junction box sizing and wiring for safe fixture support.
- Whole-home rewiring — Replacing aging aluminum, knob-and-tube, or deteriorated wiring.
- Smoke & CO detector wiring — Hardwired, interconnected detector installation.
- Electrical troubleshooting — Identifying and correcting the root cause of breaker trips, dead outlets, and flickering.
Service & Panel Upgrades
An undersized or outdated electrical panel limits what you can safely run in your home or building. We size the replacement correctly for your existing loads plus room to grow — and coordinate with the utility on service work when it is involved.
- Panel replacement (100A → 200A) — The most common upgrade — adds capacity for modern loads.
- 200A → 400A service upgrades — For large homes, workshops, or high EV/HVAC demand.
- Sub-panel installation — Running a sub-panel to a garage, workshop, or addition.
- Breaker replacement & repair — Replacing failed, recalled, or wrong-size breakers.
- Utility coordination — We communicate with the utility company so work is sequenced correctly.
Commercial Electrical
Commercial jobs have different demands — three-phase power, lighting control systems, tenant build-outs under tight schedules. We have the experience and licensing to handle commercial scope without the runaround.
- Tenant fit-outs & build-outs — Electrical for new office, retail, and restaurant spaces.
- Three-phase wiring — For motors, HVAC equipment, and commercial kitchen appliances.
- Commercial lighting systems — LED retrofits, emergency lighting, and exit sign wiring.
- Service upgrades — Upgrading commercial service to meet growing load requirements.
- Code compliance corrections — Bringing older commercial buildings up to current standards.
EV Charger Installation
A Level 2 home charger (240V) charges most electric vehicles eight to ten times faster than a standard outlet. We assess your panel capacity, run the correct wire gauge, and install the charger where it works for how you park.
- Level 2 charger installation — Hardwired or NEMA 14-50 outlet, matched to your vehicle and panel.
- Panel capacity assessment — Confirming your existing service can support the charger load.
- Circuit & wire run — Proper gauge wire to the correct breaker size — no shortcuts.
- Permit coordination — Many jurisdictions require a permit for EV charger circuits — we handle it.
Lighting & Specialty Work
From recessed can lights to outdoor landscape wiring, specialty lighting takes more than a screwdriver. We handle the wiring, the switching, and the code questions so the finished product looks and works the way you intended.
- Recessed lighting installation — New construction and retrofit (remodel) cans, LED trims.
- Outdoor & landscape lighting — Low voltage landscape systems and line-voltage exterior fixtures.
- Under-cabinet & accent lighting — Kitchen and display lighting tied to proper circuits.
- Dimmer & smart switch installation — Ensuring load compatibility before any smart device is wired in.
Electrical Troubleshooting & Repairs
Intermittent problems are often the hardest to fix because the symptom hides the cause. We trace the issue properly instead of replacing parts until something works. Fast turnaround on service calls for homes and light commercial.
- Breaker tripping diagnosis — Finding overloads, short circuits, and ground faults accurately.
- Dead outlet & switch repair — Tracing back to the source — not just replacing the visible device.
- Flickering light diagnosis — Loose connections are a fire hazard; we find and fix them.
- Burning smell / warm outlet response — Treated as the emergency it is — do not delay on these.
